Terms of use
A preview. A few clear boundaries.
These terms apply to the Astrault website and interactive demo. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Effective
For exploration only
The demo is an illustration of a wallet experience, not a functioning wallet or financial service. All displayed balances, addresses, prices, transaction results, and simulation results are fictional examples. No real funds are held, transferred, or exchanged, and no real transactions are signed or broadcast.
Do not send assets to an example address or enter a recovery phrase, private key, password, or other secret into this website.
Still in development
Astrault is pre-release software. Mainnet is disabled. Product descriptions reflect development goals and current design, not a promise of availability, a release date, or a completed security review. Features may change or be removed.
This website is not authorization to use the wallet with real assets. Mainnet release requires the security release gates to pass and an independent wallet-security review to be completed. Any future extension release has its own documentation and applicable terms.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. Examples are not quotes, offers, or promises of returns. Make your own assessment and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
Self-custody carries responsibility
In a real self-custody wallet, you control and must protect your keys and recovery phrase. Losing them can mean permanently losing access to funds; exposing them can let someone else take your assets. Do not assume Astrault can reset your keys or recover your funds.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Malicious applications, misleading approvals, compromised devices, software defects, and volatile assets can cause losses. Simulation and security review reduce some risks but cannot guarantee safety.
Use the site responsibly
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt its availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use its name or demo to mislead others into believing a real transaction, balance, or endorsement exists.
Availability and changes
The website and demo are provided as is and as available, without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on the website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may be updated as the project develops. Updates will appear here with a revised effective date. See the Privacy notice for how this website handles connection information.
